Refund Policy

At Dapplesoft, we strive to provide high-quality software solutions and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Refund Policy to be as fair as possible to both our clients and our development team.
1. Software Development Services
Custom software development is a service-based business involving significant labor and resource allocation. Our refund policy for these services is as follows:
- Initial Deposit: Deposits paid to initiate a project are refundable if a cancellation request is received in writing within 48 hours of payment, provided that no discovery or development work has commenced.
- Work in Progress: Once work has commenced, refunds are not provided for completed milestones or hours already logged. If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, the client is responsible for payment for all work performed up to the point of cancellation.
- Milestone Approval: Approval of a milestone signifies acceptance of the work. No refunds will be issued for milestones that have been reviewed and approved by the client.
- Service Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, we are committed to making it right. We will provide reasonable revisions to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon technical specifications.
2. SaaS Products (Subscriptions)
For our off-the-shelf SaaS products (e.g., eShop Business Management, QR Flow Generator), we offer the following:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of their initial subscription if they find the product does not meet their needs.
- Renewal Refunds: Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. We encourage users to cancel their subscription before the renewal date if they no longer wish to use the service.
- Technical Issues: If a product is unusable due to a verified technical fault on our end that we cannot resolve within 7 business days, a pro-rated refund for the downtime may be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees, API credits).
- Administrative or consultation fees.
- Customizations made to existing SaaS products at the client's request.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please send an email to info@dapplesoft.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Project/Product Name]". Please include:
- Your full name and contact information.
- The date of purchase/contract.
- A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
